Feeding unit:
This unit function is deliver the materials from stock bin to the position of lifting, there is one optoelectronic switch at lifting position to detecting material is delivered in place or not.
Carrying manipulator unit:
It will finish four of freedom degree action, includes cantilever stretch out and back, arm up and down, tilt cylinder rotation and paw release & tight. This unit used for delivering materials from feeding unit to belt conveyor unit.
Belt conveyor unit:
This unit consists of three phase gear motor (380V) 1set; flat belt 1pce.
Detecting unit:
This unit consists of kinds of detecting sensors, it will detect and distinguish three kinds of Materials
Sorting unit:
This unit consists of air cylinder and material trough, it will sort three kinds of materials to 3 material troughs.
